How R.S. came to be
Learning about improving myself through sound is how Rothschild Studio evolved to be what it is today. I learned of sound's uplifting power and felt differences in my body and mind that were so needed that traditional therapies were not able to provide. After experiencing such change, I became committed to helping others achieve the same difference in themselves. I began playing for others and in doing so, was sharing my love of sound, sharing my love of teaching its practice, and its science. And so this is how RS came to be. I am happy to share what I have learned and help others in any way that I may be of service.
Sandra Rothschild McCabe
Sandra is a sound practitioner in the Philadelphia suburbs and owner of Rothschild Studio. She is passionate about teaching the science of sound and its effectiveness in helping others reach optimal wellness in mind and body.
She is degreed in education and has had 10 years teaching in nationally top-ranked public and private schools. She has owned and grown a well loved and award winning business for seven years working to beautify and uplift women of her community. Her passions include art, metalsmithing, cooking and all things creative. She is mom to two amazing young adults who make her proud everyday.
She has studied the practice of sound with renowned ethnomusicologist, composer, and researcher Alexandre Tannous and has studied and become certified as a sound practitioner with Hamid Jabbar
Rothschild Studio's Vision
Rothschild Studio's vison is to introduce communities local to Philadelphia, New York, and the East Coast to the practice and science of sound. The goal is to empower individuals so they may learn alternative ways to balance the mind and body. In doing so, individuals experience that the brain, its capacity, and wellness can be very molded and influenced through the science of sound, its harmony, and frequencies.
The vision is to help others lead a more harmonious life.
