Beyond Sound. This service is for those looking for more guidance in understanding the benefits of this work and learning specific ways to use it to help them flourish and create change. The time spent during this service is divided into conversation, breath work, and sound.

I will check in with your state of mind and body before beginning the meditation and will ease you into a beautifully curated sound meditation.

2.5 hour sound meditation

The time spent during this service is divided into conversation, breath work, and sound and may include some somatics or other release techniques.

I will check in with your state of mind and body before beginning the meditation and will ease you into a beautifully curated sound meditation.
